Been gone awhile, both from my blog and from here. Reason?

Moved house yet again.

Eleventh move in a decade. It's getting kinda silly, but there we are. Anyway, hopefully this will be us set for a year or so, I'm not sure I can manage another move until next January.

We'll see.

Anyway! As a result, I've had no time to edit the novel, really, though I've done the first seven chapters or so. A massive chunk of it should have been done while we spent three weeks - THREE WEEKS, thank you BT - internet-less, but to be honest other things intruded like work and tidying thing.

Anyway, I'm back, and going through the massive mountain of things in my inbox. I'll not be uploading the second edits of Poisonroot, but as soon as it's done I'll be in planning for the sequel; it's all very exciting. Before I can do anything much I'll be borrowing Sue's laptop so I can make a second map, this time of the country of Zar. It's small, mountainous, wintery and fairly interestingly laid out. It also has an island, if I recall correctly.

Look out for it!

Sorry to everyone who's posted things and I haven't looked at them. Lots on my mind at the moment, one way or another.
